Natomas Unified School District has opened an office of Constituent and Customer Service, according to a letter from Superintendent Chris Evans sent to community members Friday.
The office will respond to complaints or concerns that can't be resolved at the school level. It also will address Public Records Act requests, personnel complaints, requests for information, as well as Williams Act, special education and other complaints.
"This centralized approach will help us make systemic improvements and continue to serve our community well," Evans wrote.
Parents should first try to work directly with administrators at their local schools, Evans said.
