Re "One possibly futile gesture to keep the Kings" (Dan Morain, Jan. 23): Does anyone else have a problem with state Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, D-Sacramento, using his pulpit to bully Microsoft's CEO into withdrawing his bid for the Kings?
That is a blatant misuse of an office to which the people of his district elected him -- not to mention he should be using his time to try to solve the problems of the state.
Losing the Kings to Seattle may be a problem for some -- not me -- but having our elected officials bullying companies is disgusting. Count me a Microsoft and Seattle Supersonics fan.
