Re "Benghazi blame game misses a bigger lesson" (Editorials, Jan. 24): No wonder Sen. John Kerry wants the Secretary of State job. Who wouldn't?
After watching the Senate and House questioning of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and reading Ehe Bee editorial board's take on that exercise in softball inquiries, one thing became obvious. It is apparent that the job of Secretary of State is a high-paying, prestigous position which carries with it no responsibility for decisions made or not made.
After all, the secretary is assigned numerous lower level bureaucrats who actually do all the work and who ultimately must take all the blame. She gets to just pass the buck, then put in for the job of president. Not a bad career path! Get me a ticket for that train, would you please?
