Cloudy, somewhat soggy conditions are expected in the Sacramento region, including Galt, where the sixth annual Winter Bird Festival is under way this weekend. Clouds, rain or shine, impressive birds such as sandhill cranes, Canada geese and tundra swans are expected to fill the air with their calls and grace.
