There will be an informational night about Laguna Creek High School's International Baccalaureate program from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the school's Black Box Theater, 9050 Vicino Drive.
Speakers will explain the program, its curriculum and the requirements for enrollment.
Laguna Creek High is the only high school in the Elk Grove Unified School District and one of only four in the county to offer the program, said school district officials.
"The International Baccalaureate Program will give students looking for an extra challenge in their studies the opportunity to participate in a program that is recognized by leading universities around the world," said Principal Doug Craig in written statement.
