For example, after intensive Microsoft sales, license bullying and perfectly legal lobbying, the statewide email system was outsourced to Microsoft at a cost of nearly ten times that of equivalent systems that it replaced, and at nearly four times the cost of California competitors' offerings. How much skin? Enough to buy the Kings.
