Folsom's Palladio at Broadstone shopping complex, which has seen a flurry of tenant openings in recent months, will add another on Friday.
Painted, a boutique that offers customers the opportunity to paint, shop and perhaps enjoy a glass of wine, will open its doors at 10 a.m. A "paint and sip" event will be held at 6:30 p.m.
"This is our first location, modeled after so many of the great paint and sip studios in the East. We are looking to provide a fun night (or day) for an anniversary, first date, birthday party, date night, girls night out or anytime," said owner Jenn Sharp.
Palladio also announced a new lease for Franco's 5 & 10, scheduled to open in nearly 2,000 square feet in June. Franco's is billed as an "old time candy and soda shop."
