Re "A monster should be executed" (Marcos Breton, Jan. 27): Marcos Breton should think of another solution for Richard Hirschfield and not consider death row. What he did was the worst thing anybody could do, but death row is not the answer.
He should be put behind bars and rot until his last breath on Earth. He should suffer with all the guilt and torture from what he has done. Killing him would just make him suffer for a few seconds. Putting him behind bars will make him suffer for the rest of his life.
