Re "Why Barack Obama is the most radical president in U.S. history" (Viewpoint, Feb. 7): What constitutes a "Special to the Bee" op-ed? Apparently throwing around factually challenged Republican talking points ad nauseam fits the bill. There is nothing "special" about creating the mythical Republican-defined Obama. Finding a factually accurate tidbit from this apparent Heritage Foundation influenced propaganda piece is tough to not possible. Most interesting is his criticism that Obama is an ideologue as he pens an ideologue's column. His evidence that Obama is an an ideologue and radical president are his adoption of Republican policies such as cap and trade and an individual healthcare mandate -- and the idea that he doesn't fully adopt every poorly conceived Republican policy without question.
