Makes 3 quarts
This seasonal beverage packs a punch of Vitamin C, ideal for someone who's feeling under the weather.
Serve it hot or cold.
The drink can be prepared up to 3 days in advance. Keep covered and refrigerated.

INGREDIENTS
One 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
3 quarts water
Two 3-inch cinnamon sticks
12 whole cloves
1 cup agave syrup, or more to taste
1 cup orange juice
Freshly squeezed juice of 2 lemons
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the cranberries, water, cinnamon sticks and cloves in a large pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 45 minutes, adjusting the heat so the liquid is barely bubbling.
Add the agave syrup, orange juice and lemon juice. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 hours. Taste and add agave syrup as needed. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher or other container and discard the solids from the strainer.
Serve hot or chilled.
