What: The Fulton-El Camino Recreation and Park District's annual fishing derby will lure anglers to the Howe Park pond. The district and the state Department of Fish and Wildlife's Fishing in the City Program will feature a day of fishing, clinics and prizes. The pond will be stocked with trout, with awards to be given for the longest and heaviest catch. A fishing license is required for people 16 and older.
