Debi Austin appeared in a memorable anti-tobacco ad in 1997 and became instantly recognizable in public. In the "Voicebox" ad she says, "They say nicotine isn't addictive," and then puffs on a cigarette through the hole in her throat. She died Feb. 22 at age 62 after a long battle with emphysema, cancer and the tobacco industry.
