Deron Benvenuti, a 20-year veteran of commercial real estate development throughout the region, has launched Benvenuti Integrated Property Services, targeting do-it-yourself managers of office, industrial and retail properties in California.
Benvenuti Integrated offices are at 3455 American River Dr., Suite A, in Sacramento.
The business aims to provide tools and training to owners/users and investors who do not need a third-party property-management firm, or the associated costs.
Deron Benvenuti said numerous "properties fall in a category where traditional fees are just not commensurate with the size of the property and/or the income it generates."
Benvenuti Integrated said its client list includes River City Bank of Sacramento.
