Re "Bin Laden son-in-law facing charges in U.S." (Page A8, March 8): Trying Sulaiman Abu Ghaith, a son-in-law of Osama bin Laden who once served as a spokesman for Al Qaeda, in a civilian court instead of a military tribunal -- like a citizen, which he is not -- is a slap in the face to all U.S. Citizens.
Are we now treating all terrorists like U.S. Citizens?
Guess how we would be treated in Abu Ghaith's home country of Kuwait.
A waste of tax payers dollars.
