Description: The Sacramento Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the individual responsible for this crime. On April 9, 1977, the victim was on Santa Carlos between 13th and 14th Avenue when he was shot. He initially survived but succumbed to complications from the gunshot wound on February 18, 2013. Suspect Vehicle: red or brown Ford Pinto.
