TODAY'S GAME

Kings (24-44) vs. T-wolves (23-42)

Time: 7 p.m.

Where: Sleep Train Arena

TV: CSNCA

Radio: 1140, 950

THREE KEYS

Pass and score: The Kings have scored 100 or more points in 16 of their past 18 games. They have 20 or more assists in 13 of their past 14 games. When the Kings play freely on offense, they tend to put more emphasis on defense.

More Toney: The Timberwolves start two point guards and also have J.J. Barea on the bench. Toney Douglas' defense on a point guard could be key if the Kings are to win a third consecutive home game.

Power game: DeMarcus Cousins, Jason Thompson and Patrick Patterson should be able to control the game and give the Kings an advantage against the T-wolves, who are still without All-Star power forward Kevin Love.
