Davis-based triathlon coach Jamima Wolk, who has produced two triathlon-training apps, has released a mobile indoor cycling workout that is custom-izable to all fitness levels, has full audio of the instructor's commands and features a few video clips of instructors as well. You can pick up the CDs at visitor centers and museums along 395 or go online and download the stories, which include the history of the Paiute Indians, stories of mining camps and mule teams and tales of the Carson and Colorado Railroad.
