Re "North Korea's bluster creates an edge" (Page A1, April 5):
Scenario: North Korea attacks South Korea. After a short conflict, North Korea is overcome and a peace accord is agreed to. The United States then sends both North and South Korea millions of dollars in humanitarian and economic aid. Does this sound familiar?
I wish the U.S. government had as much concern for the victims of natural and economic disasters and our veterans.
When do we start 'taking care of our own'?
