Violence: Yes, though not graphic
Language: Just a little profanity, not bad considering the mayhem unleashed on the hapless humans.
Sex: None, though there is flirting.
Parents' advisory: This is pretty intense as a big-screen experience, in 3-D and surround sound, entirely too scary for the very young suitable for 10-and-up.
