• Game highlight: Brad Snyder and Kila Ka'aihue each drove in three runs to lead the Reno Aces to a 10-8 victory over the River Cats on Sunday at Raley Field.

• No Straily: Dan Straily didn't make his scheduled start for the River Cats. He was held out because of the uncertainty of Brett Anderson being able to make his Wednesday start for the A's.

• Ugly numbers: Nine pitchers combined for 15 full counts and threw 368 pitches.

• Walk in the park: The River Cats lead the Pacific Coast League in walks with 97. Shane Peterson leads all players with 18.

• Rosales on board: A's utilityman Adam Rosales is on a rehabilitation assignment with the River Cats.

• Today: River Cats LHP Justin Thomas (0-1, 3.68 ERA) vs. Reno RHP Charles Brewer (0-1, 7.24), 7:05 p.m., Raley Field.
