Rally honors victims

Williams' son Mark was killed in 1993 by a neighbor.

In Brown's speech at the rally,he revealed that a man was arrested Sunday while allegedly trying to break into the Sacramento building where he rents a loft.

The governor said he wasn't home at the time and didn't think the intruder knew he lived in the building.

Police said Jamal Johnson, 26,was arrested on suspicion of prowling.
