Cajun cooking class

Learn to make gumbo, dirty rice and other Cajun classics with Hank Shaw, the James Beard-nominated food blogger and cookbook author. He'll also break down the differences between Cajun and Creole and other specifics of this Southern cooking.

Pickling and fermentation class

Learn how to make a variety of pickles using onion and shoyu, daikon and other ingredients. Instructor Marga den Hoed will also discuss the health and digestive benefits of pickles.
