Mitch Richmond, Sacramento Kings shooting guard from the 1990s and earlier this year a potential bidder for the team, has put his Southern California mansion up for sale.
How much for a piece of the Rock? The 13,000-square-foot home in the affluent community of Calabasas is listed for $9.495 million.
The home has mountain and canyon views and a pool with waterfall, water slide and grotto. Also in the 2.25-acre backyard is a top-of-the-line barbecue and, of course, a basketball court.
Inside the home: sports bar, theater room, wine cellar, beauty salon, meditation room, children's homework room and a gym with sauna.
The six-bedroom, nine-bath home last sold for $1.7 million in 2004.
Richmond was introduced by Mayor Kevin Johnson in early March as a potential investor in the Kings.
