On the road again: The River Cats opened an eight-game trip with a 3-2 loss to the Memphis Redbirds on Tuesday evening. Josh Horton and Jemile Weeks hit back-to-back home runs in the top of third inning, accounting for all of the River Cats' runs.

Comeback performance: After surrendering five or more earned runs in five of his first six starts this season, Andrew Werner took a hard-luck loss after allowing just three runs in 6 2/3 innings.

Nice pace: Tuesday's game clocked in at just two hours, 14 minutes, as the two teams' pitching staffs combined to issue just two walks.

Today: River Cats RHP Bruce Billings (2-1, 6.64 ERA) vs. Memphis RHP Maikel Cleto (0-1, 10.95), 9:05 a.m., AutoZone Park, Memphis, Tenn.
