Franchisees plan sites for 10 learning centers

Eye Level, a New Jersey-based operator of supplemental education learning centers geared to young students, says it plans to open 10 new centers in the Sacramento region over the next few years.

Yuba City franchisees Sabita and Venu Kondle are planning two sites in Sacramento and others in Folsom, Roseville, Elk Grove, Yuba City, Rocklin, Davis, Stockton and Tracy.

They expect to have centers in Roseville and Folsom open before the end of this year, with eight more opening over the next four years.
