Roseville developer buys L.A. senior site

USA Properties Fund Inc., a Roseville-based developer of affordable housing, has completed a $10.9 million acquisition of a 184-unit senior housing community in central Los Angeles County.

The company will spend about $4.6 million renovating the Huntington Plaza Apartments.

The apartments are available to low-income seniors at least 55 years old who earn 50 percent to 60 percent of the area median income for Los Angeles County.

USA Properties owns more than 75 apartment communities in California and Nevada.
