1/4 cup packed fresh oregano leaves
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 mangos, peeled, pitted and diced
