Burger King has expanded its delivery service to Sacramento.

The fast-food restaurant already delivers its Whoppers and other menu items in New York, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, Chicago and San Francisco. The company has announced that Sacramento and Las Vegas can also get delivery by ordering by phone or online in specific neighborhoods.

In Sacramento, those neighborhoods are described in a BK press release as southwestern and southeastern Sacramento, Elk Grove, Stockton, Valley Hi, North Laguna, Florin and Arden-Arcade.

A test order by The Bee, using a home address in Arden Arcade, showed that a $2 delivery charge would be added to the minimum order of $10.

Customers can order through BKDelivers.com from a computer or by calling toll free to (855) 673-3725. Delivery times and prices vary by location.
