USA Properties Fund Inc., a Roseville-based developer of affordable housing, will move into new office complex on Friday, doubling its working space and enabling it to consolidate all operations under one roof.

The company will move into a 22,000-square-foot headquarters at 3200 Douglas Blvd., a block away from its current office at 2440 Professional Drive in Roseville. The company had a second office on Professional Drive to accommodate its property management employees.

The new office is large enough to accommodate its current corporate staff of 83. The site will handle multifamily development, construction management, multifamily management and other operations.

USA Properties was founded in Santa Monica in 1981. The company moved to Diamond Bar in 1987, and the move to Roseville occurred in 1993.

Today, the company has 334 employees throughout California and Nevada, where USA Properties develops, manages and owns nearly 90 family and senior communities.
