DOGGONE SUMMER CELEBRATION

This destination nursery, in a redwood forest near the Mendocino coast, has been featured in Martha Stewart Living, House and Garden and other national publications. Many plants will be discounted during this special event.


• SACRAMENTO IRIS SOCIETY ANNUAL SALE

Where: Shepard Garden and Arts Center, 3330 McKinley Blvd., Sacramento

Find rhizomes (roots) of hundreds of colorful bearded irises including dwarfs, intermediates, tall and repeat bloomers – at just the perfect time to plant them. Lots of different colors and varieties will be available, as well as advice on how to plant and get the most flowers.
