Sacramento's office market continues its slow rebound from the crash, according to a report released Wednesday.
Office vacancies in the region fell to 15.6 percent in the second quarter, down from 16.1 percent in the first quarter, according to Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services.
It was the fourth straight positive quarter, the firm said. Vacancies have fallen by two percentage points in the past year.
"The health care sector continues to dominate demand, with many of the largest deals of the year signed by companies like Sutter Health, UC Davis and Dignity Health," the firm reported.
