A grass fire off Waterman Road in Elk Grove burned two vehicles at a business.

The fire, which was reported shortly before 6 p.m. between Kent Street and Brinkman Court, burned up to the Kent Street property of Emergency Vehicle Outfitters, a company that equips vehicles for public safety agencies, said Chief Tracey Hansen of the Cosumnes Fire Department. Two of the vehicles caught fire. One was destroyed and the other was damaged, Hansen said.

No structures were damaged.
