Re "Saudis back Egypt's generals" (Page A1, Aug. 20): The front page photo shows a supporter of ousted Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi holding up a Quran.
Yes, the supposedly peace-loving, democracy-seeking Muslim Brotherhood has unleashed terrorists who have destroyed some 80 churches and monasteries of the Christian Copts since last week. Certainly this is their manifestation of wanting justice and democracy for all!
While it's hard to agree with many policies coming out of Saudi Arabia; this time the Saudi's have it right. Where is the outcry from the world's Christians? Why no daily concern about the genocide against Egypt's Christians?
How about a front-page photo of burning churches and monasteries? Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi should get the full support of the United States.
