Bike and brew fest

Want unlimited beer samples? Visit the Davis Bike and Brew fest. It benefits the U.S. Bicycle Hall of Fame and is part of the seven-day Davis Beer Week, intended to foster knowledge of brewing.

When: 3:30-8 p.m. Saturday

Cocktail competition

Watch and drink as six area bartenders compete to create the best cocktail. A three-judge panel determines the winner. Admission, limited to those 21 or older, includes six tastings. The Big Show at LowBrau competition is part of a celebration in midtown through Sunday.
