Re "Sheriffs don't get to pick laws they will enforce" (Editorials, Aug. 25): I completely agree that law enforcement should not choose which laws to enforce. But where was The Bee editorial board's sense of outrage when Gov. Jerry Brown and Attorney General Kamala Harris declined to enforce Proposition 8? Where was the sense of outrage when President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder chose not to enforce certain immigration laws and when Obama chooses to delay enforcement of certain provisions of his own Obamacare?
