Re "Support is steadfast for health care law" (Page A1, Aug. 20): It was an insult to state that Californians do not know about health care reform or are not signing up for it. I have been trying to find out more about where my granddaughter can get any care. She had a bad accident and could not find any free clinics. She has no job and gets no unemployment or welfare.
She has been told she can not get state aid and told of the federal program, but no one seems to have an address or phone number. She is not asking for money, just a place to see a doctor. Where is this help?
