    Olam International lab technician Rayma Addala does a test on the essential oils of oregano in the food analysis lab, Friday morning. As part of Olam's continued growth in the Valley, the company has launched a Innovation and Quality Center at its north Fresno headquarters. Included in the IQ center, is a food chemistry lab, micro lab and full test kitchen. The kitchen is where food scientists develop and test new products.
