SacBee Garden: Creative recycler makes most of outdoor ‘room’

Creative recycler Viola Concannon of Fair Oaks decorated her garden “room” with found items such as a baker’s rack, screens and lanterns.

“This is our backyard oasis,” she said. “It’s mainly all refurbished items that were laying around and I made second uses of them.”
