Re "Driver's license bill is approved" (Page A1, Sept. 13): I object strongly to naming the bay bridge after Willie Brown. He is a strong-arm politician, he is still alive, and the rest of the world doesn't care who Brown is. Those of us who don't like Willie have paid as much toward the bridge as those who do like him.
Golden Gate is memorable. How about a grand name like that that the world will want to see?
