The Sacramento State men's and women's cross country teams ran to victory in the Hornet Jamboree at Granite Regional Park on Saturday, according to the Hornets' athletics website.
Rachel Mitchell won the women's 5-kilometer race in 17 minutes, 20.1 seconds as Sac State held the top six spots.
Reesey Byers won the men's 4-mile race in 19:29.1.
The Sac State women had 15 points. Cal State Monterey Bay was second with 56.
On the men's side, the Hornets had 23 points. Oregon Tech was second with 53.
Hornets lose to Boise St. in volleyball tournament
Sac State went 0-3 at the Bronco Volleyball Classic in Boise, Idaho, losing its final match to Boise State 25-11, 25-17, 25-16, according to the Hornets' athletics website.
The Hornets (5-6) lost to Idaho and North Texas on Friday.
Lauren Aikels led the Hornets in kills (11) and hitting percentage (.269).
Hornets play to tie with Saint Mary's on the pitch
Sac State goalie Cesar Castillo had 10 saves to help lead the Hornets to their third straight soccer tie, this one a 0-0 affair with Saint Mary's in Moraga, according to the Hornets' athletics website.
Saint Mary's (2-2-1) had a 17-14 shot advantage over the Hornets (1-1-3).

Trosin has 3 touchdowns as ARC beats Sac City
Mike Hicks connected with Tyler Trosin on three touchdown passes, and American River College had four second-half sacks in a 34-7 victory over visiting Sacramento City.
Trosin has six touchdowns in two games for the 2-0 Beavers, who are ranked third in Northern California and sixth in the state.
