At CSUS, picnickers are kept in suspense

About 150 students, staff and supporters of California State University, Sacramento, dined Thursday on the Guy West Bridge, a link used by bicyclists and pedestrians crossing the American River between CSUS and the Campus Commons neighborhood.

The event was a collegiate preview of downtown’s Farm-to-Fork Tower Bridge Dinner on Sept. 29.

Food was served from noon to 1 p.m. on the 600-foot span. University Enterprises Inc. and University Advancement sponsored.
