Kevin Ackernecht, Ponderosa: Had an interception and returned a kickoff 91 yards for a touchdown in a 21-7 loss to Rio Linda.

Anthony Bosser, Pioneer: Rushed for 87 yards and two touchdowns and ran for the game-winning two-point conversion with 1:56 to play in a 14-13 win over Cordova.

Marcel Brown, Rio Linda: Rushed for 145 yards on 24 carries and scored a touchdown on a 99-yard kickoff return in a 21-7 win over Ponderosa.

Devin Cates, River Valley: Completed 11 of 12 passes for 156 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for two touchdowns in a 56-0 win over Lindhurst.

Josh Neal, Granite Bay: Completed 15 of 17 passes for 206 yards and three touchdowns, two to Marc Ellis, and ran for a fourth in a 36-21 win over Lincoln-Stockton.

Jaaron Stallworth, Cosumnes Oaks: Completed 19 of 23 passes for 222 yards and four touchdowns in a 45-6 win over Union Mine.

Malcolm Thomas, Woodcreek: Had 178 receiving yards and scored three touchdowns in a 48-47 win over Placer.

Todd Valliere, Placer: Rushed for 128 yards and a touchdown, had a 57-yard touchdown catch and also had an interception in a 48-47 loss to Woodcreek.

Kameron Williams, Rosemont: Returned punts 68 and 60 yards for touchdowns and scored on a 1-yard run in a 46-0 win over Valley.

Michael Wilson, Colfax: Passed for 346 yards and seven touchdowns, four to Chas Reisinger, in the Falcons' 48-19 win over Mesa Verde.
