Irvine-based Pacific Castle, an owner/operator of shopping centers throughout California, has purchased two Sacramento-area shopping centers, according to regional commercial real estate officials.

Both transactions went through online real estate site auction.com.

The properties are Willow Creek Town Center at East Bidwell Street and Blue Ravine Road in Folsom and Waterman Grove Plaza at Elk Grove Boulevard and Waterman Road in Elk Grove.

The Sacramento office of Core Commercial brokered the Folsom deal, and the Elk Grove sale was brokered by Voit Real Estate Services. In such transactions, auction.com typically takes a small percentage of the deal price.

In both cases, however, final purchase prices were not disclosed.

Willow Creek is comprised of about 36,000 square feet, and Waterman Grove Plaza takes up about 45,000 square feet.
