Re "Obamacare is costly disaster" (Letters, Oct. 7): My health care premiums will be increasing substantially in January. While I'm not happy about this increase, I realize that the result is that young adults, like my daughters, will now be able to get insurance, and that people who have not had insurance before will have the same access to health care that I have had my entire life.
This is a good thing, and I'm willing to pay for it. Am I crazy? Maybe, but it just seems like the right thing to do. Sometimes, we have to make a sacrifice (albeit a big one) for the good of everyone. Sometimes, everyone else comes first. For me, this is one of those times.
