Climate change should be front-page news

Re "Study: Temperatures headed off the charts around world" (Page A6, Oct. 10): Please put climate change articles on the front page. These dire predictions, backed by scientific research, are going to have a horrific effect on our children and grandchildren. This information should be in the public's face every day. That's the only way that people will take it seriously.

If governments don't act quickly, there will be no chance of slowing down severe consequences by the year 2047. The public's awareness is so important in that process.
