Sacramento will host tennis stars Pete Sampras, John McEnroe, Jim Courier and James Blake at the Champions Shootout on Feb. 26 at Sleep Train Arena.

The one-night tournament will feature three matches; two one-set semifinal matches, followed by a one-set championship match.

The shootout is part of the 12-city PowerShares Series tour featuring some of tennis' top all-time players, 30 and older.

Among them, though not competing in Sacramento, are Jimmy Connors, Andre Agassi, Ivan Lendl, Michael Chang, Andy Roddick and Mats Wilander.

Sampras ranks as one of tennis' greatest players in winning a then-record 14 Grand Slam singles titles, including seven Wimbledon and five U.S. Open singles championships.

McEnroe, 54, one of the most colorful players in history, captured seven Grand Slam singles titles and also won 10 other majors in doubles and mixed doubles.

Courier won two French Open and two Australian Open singles titles in the early 1990s when he became the first American to reach the world's No. 1 ranking since McEnroe in 1985.

Blake, a 10-time ATP singles champion and former world No. 4, helped the U.S. Davis Cup team win the 2007 title.

General admission tickets ($25) will go on sale Tuesday at Sleep Train Arena, Ticket Master and at the PowerShares Series website: www.powersharesseries.com.
