Re "New nonprofit to advocate for California courts" (Capitol Alert, Oct. 16): It is sad that the nonprofit recently started to help litigants represent themselves and educate the public on court misuse of funds is not given the same attention as the courts advocating for themselves. Given the influx of cases against courts, judges and the overseeing groups you would think we would see both sides.
The current federal suit against the 61 Defendants (judges, judicial groups, lawyers, bar, commission) filed in the San Diego District Court in August doesn't even seem to get attention in the media. I hope you will print the other groups involved in helping persons deal with the California courts' financial messes they create at the expense of families and small businesses.
