Changing Kings' lineup will boost team's play

Re "Coach Malone vows changes" (Sports, Nov. 10): I think the lineups and rotation for the Kings should change. First, I think we shouldn't start John Salmons. We brought in Luc Mbah a Moute for defense, but we haven't really used him yet. Patrick Patterson also has been struggling with his shot lately and hasn't provided great defense. Jason Thompson should start over him because he is a lot more active and plays both ends. Isaiah Thomas should also get more playing time, and we should start letting Jimmer Fredette get more chances to prove himself. Also, we need to give Ben McLemore more minutes so he can prove why he was a steal in the draft. The Kings need to come together as a team and play hard all four quarters, as the coach says.
