“We have several lavender plants in our front yard garden. They attract bees and smell heavenly as they bloom all spring and summer. Lavender is indispensable in a house with a clumsy adult (that’s me) and two little kids. We are always getting bumps and owies, and lavender helps keep us from bruising. Its aroma is relaxing and it helps soothe the mind after a hard day at work or school.”
