Kings break losing streak with OT win

SALT LAKE CITY -- Behind 28 points from DeMarcus Cousins, the Kings avoided blowing a fourth-quarter lead for the second consecutive night and ended their six-game losing streak with a 112-102 overtime win over the Utah Jazz Saturday at EnergySolutions Arena.

The Kings led 84-75 in the fourth quarter before allowing a 16-0 run by the Jazz. Ben McLemore forced overtime by tying the game at 97 on a three pointer with 3.2 seconds to play.

Isaiah Thomas added 26 points and eight assists for the Kings (5-13).

Gordon Hayward led the Jazz (4-18) with 22 points. The Jazz were without starting forward Derrick Williams (sore lower back) and backup Marvin Williams (foot).
